Refund Policy


Due to sanitary reasons, we do not offer any refunds, exchanges or returns of any sort. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you've received the wrong product 

Each product is carefully inspected before being shipped out. GLVM is not responsible for items damaged during the shipping process. Please contact your local carrier regarding damaged packages

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons
