WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
All customers will receive a confirmation email once an order has been placed. All orders typically take about 1-3 business days to process. Once shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email (and tracking number if applicable). All shipping times vary between locations. Approximate timelines are given upon checkout. Due to COVID-19, some deliveries may be delayed. Please be patient and follow up with your local carrier if you believe your package has been lost or stolen

DO YOU OFFER CURBSIDE PICKUP?
Yes! We are located in Mississauga, ON. During checkout, select the pick up option. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions on how to pick up your order. Please ensure you follow all safety procedures when picking up your order (sanitizing, wearing a mask upon arrival, etc.)

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! All shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout and vary between locations

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
To change or cancel your order, please contact customer care at shopglvm@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase. Please provide your order number and supporting details

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Unfortunately, due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer any refunds, exchanges or returns

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact customer care at shopglvm@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your package, so that we may properly assist you. Please provide us with the following information:

• Photo(s) of the defective/incorrect product(s)
• Description of the issue(s) with the product(s)
